2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials.

All garments are designed for everyday wear. Normal signs of use are considered part of the product’s natural lifecycle.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within a few business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Linden Label is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Liability

Linden Label is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
