Sustainability

We believe sustainability starts with the choices we make, at every step.

At Linden Label, it’s not a claim or a trend. It’s part of how we work, from materials to production and beyond.

Materials

We primarily work with GOTS certified organic cotton. Chosen for its softness on the skin and for the way it is grown.

Organic cotton is produced without harmful chemicals or synthetic pesticides, helping to protect soil, water and biodiversity. It also results in a fabric that feels naturally soft and breathable, something we consider essential for children’s clothing.

What GOTS certification means

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is one of the leading certifications in textiles. It looks beyond the fabric itself and covers the full production process.

It ensures that materials are organically grown and traceable, that harmful chemicals are restricted, and that working conditions meet strict social standards.

By working with GOTS certified materials, we choose a system that values transparency and long-term responsibility.

Designed to last

We design with longevity in mind. Not for seasons, but for everyday use over time.

Our pieces are simple, easy to combine, and made to be worn often. Because sustainability is not only about how something is made, but also about how long it is worn.

Small collections

We keep our collections intentionally small. This allows us to focus on quality, reduce overproduction, and avoid unnecessary waste.

Producing less, but better, is a conscious choice that feels right for how we want to build Linden Label.

Care

Taking care of clothing is part of making it last. Our pieces are designed to be easy to wear and care for, so they can move through everyday life with ease and be passed on when outgrown.

A continuous process

Sustainability is not a fixed point. It’s something we keep working on.

As we grow, we continue to refine our materials, processes and partnerships, always with care and intention at the core.
